Getting Started

Step 1:

Sign up for your FREE 1-0n-1 Intro class with Coach Hutch.  Fill out the info on the right and we will call or email you back 24-48 hours to schedule your Intro class.

Step 2:

This Intro session is one hour long.  During your session, you will tour the facility, we will go over your goals, explain the CrossFit methodology, and set an agenda for success.  After getting familiar with each other, we will be doing a warming up, performing a CrossFit workout followed by a cooldown.

Step 3:

After the FREE Intro class, you and the coach will decide what route is best for you to take in order to reach your goals.

 

Experienced CrossFitter:

If you are already familiar with the CrossFit methodologies and have trained at another certified location we would still love to offer you our FREE 1-0n-1 intro session with Hutch.  The Foundation course is  optional.
