CHALLENGING PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY

THE MANIFEST PROJECT

4-WEEK BEGINNER’S CHALLENGE

Just starting your fitness journey?  Never did CrossFit?  This 4-week beginner’s challenge cycle will get you right up to speed.  These 12 x 60-minute class are 3 times per week and focus on proper mechanics to prevent injuries. This program burns calories, teach proper movement patterns, increase in intensity and it is a great gateway before jumping into our CrossFit classes.

CROSSFIT

Classes are 60 minutes long and designed to give measurable results to the committed individual.  The program is designed to be universally scalable for every fitness level, body type regardless of experience.  Each class is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity.  The program will increase your strength and fitness by combining nutrition, cardio-endurance, gymnastics, and weightlifting; this keeps training fun and well rounded.  Each class begins with an introduction and a warm-up, it moves on to skill practice and prep work, then we attack the workout of the day (WOD) and finish with a cooldown.  All classes are small and lead by professionally qualified coaches.

WEIGHTLIFTING

These classes are 60 minutes long and dedicated to the individuals who want to improve their Olympic Lifts (the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk).  These classes will stress the importance of correct positioning to maximize the effectiveness of your movement patterns.  These classes will not interfere with the CrossFit program, they will actually increase your power, speed, and agility.  We ask that you stay committed to the cycle for the entirety. Making up any missed sessions is pivotal for improvement.

COMING SOON

AFTERBURN (HIIT)

No barbells used.  This class is 30-minutes long and you will sweat.  This is high-intensity interval training (HIIT). A total body training class that will torch tons of calories.  We mix high-intensity workouts with short rest or recovery periods to burn more fat and calories. Fast, fun and keep Burning calories After the class.

NUTRITIONAL COACHING

A 30-day nutritional journey which begins with a 30-minute consultation.  Our Head Coach will help you to understand flexible eating and develop skills for success.  You will learn how to eat quality food (real food) and also the quantity (macro counting). There will be weekly check-ins, private FB group, direct email and 1 on 1 support to aid in your success.
