Classes are 60 minutes long and designed to give measurable results to the committed individual. The program is designed to be universally scalable for every fitness level, body type regardless of experience. Each class is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. The program will increase your strength and fitness by combining nutrition, cardio-endurance, gymnastics, and weightlifting; this keeps training fun and well rounded. Each class begins with an introduction and a warm-up, it moves on to skill practice and prep work, then we attack the workout of the day (WOD) and finish with a cooldown. All classes are small and lead by professionally qualified coaches.
